Foam Wizard Inc. can replicate & reproduce existing shapes using a high speed, high-tech computerized shaping system that allows for nearly limitless design capabilities utilizing Expanded Polystyrene Foam (EPS). EPS has many obvious advantages. Polystyrene is non-biodegradable, termite resistant, lightweight, and easy to install. When our synthetic hard-coat shell is applied to the foam it instantly becomes impact resistant, UV resistant, as well as waterproof. Our products can be used for interiors as well as exteriors.

Foam products are ideally suited for use as architectural moldings such as window sills, crown moldings, corbels, and arches. Other typical uses for EPS are columns, capitals and bases, marquee signs, decorative louvers, wall caps, pier caps, medallions, fountains, as well as 3-Dimensional props.

Polystyrene foam can be used for much more than just trim. It is strong and when properly fabricated can be used to produce beautiful custom wall units, interior facelifts, outdoor bars, and fireplaces. Our Arcustone™ Product line is the perfect option where the look and feel of real stone is required, but weight or budget may be a concern. Utilizing a High density EPS core, with the proprietary ArcusStone™ as a veneer, the product become extremely versatile, and lasts forever. Application of the stone moldings is very similar to that of the foam moldings in nearly all aspects.
